By accessing, registering, or utilizing NITRO (BETA), you enter into a binding agreement with the platform. If you do not agree to these terms in full, you are prohibited from using any services, web proxies, games, or community chat features.
2. User Account Security & Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity originating from your account is deemed your responsibility. Sharing accounts, attempting brute-force authorization, or unauthorized rank elevation is strictly prohibited.
3. Prohibited Conduct & Community Guidelines
Users agree not to: (a) broadcast hate speech, harassment, slurs, or explicit content; (b) attempt chat spamming or automated bot flooding; (c) impersonate platform administrators, staff, or the supreme owner; or (d) bypass automated security controls.
4. Intellectual Property & Game Embeds
All games, built-in canvas applications, and third-party embeds remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and publishers. NITRO provides sandboxed web embeds for educational and study break entertainment purposes only.
5. Sandboxed Web Proxy Usage Disclaimer
The in-app web proxy relay is designed for testing web assets and discreet browsing. Utilizing the proxy to access illegal content, conduct cyber attacks, or breach network security policies is prohibited and subject to immediate IP and account bans.
6. Automated Content Moderation & Filter Logs
Automated filters continuously monitor public chat messages and username registration for policy violations. Messages violating filter lists are sanitized automatically, and repeat violations trigger automated mutes via the Raid Shield system.
7. IP Address Logging & Security Audits
To protect the platform against network abuse, DDoS attacks, and unauthorized proxy exploitation, client IP addresses, request headers, and user-agent metadata are logged automatically during session initialization and stored in administrative audit logs.
8. VIP / PRO Tier Access & Perks
VIP and PRO access tiers provide advanced customization features, custom chat glows, title flairs, and unfiltered proxy routing. PRO perks are granted or revoked at the platform owner's discretion.
9. Maintenance Mode & Owner Exclusive Access
During system updates or security maintenance, Maintenance Mode may be activated. When enabled, all non-owner connections (including standard admins, VIPs, and members) will be disconnected automatically, reserving exclusive system access to the platform Owner.
10. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
NITRO is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The platform administration assumes no liability for service interruptions, data loss, external proxied web content, or third-party game availability.
11. Copyright & DMCA Takedown Procedure
If you believe any content or game embedded on the platform infringes upon your copyright, please contact platform administrators with a formal takedown request containing proof of ownership for prompt removal.
12. Modifications to Terms & Contact Details
The administration reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified policy terms.
